VAT
SMG Computers is a small business and we do not charge VAT. This saves home offices and other small businesses 17.5%.

Callout Fees
SMG Computers do not charge a call out fee to home users within 10 miles. Callout fees are calculated at 40 pence per mile and include mileage to and from the customers premesis. You will be informed of any callout fees when booking an appointment.

No-fix-no-fee
SMG Computers offer a "no-fix-no-fee" policy. If a problem cannot be fixed or diagnosed, you won't be charged.

Payment
Services are charged by the hour.
Most jobs are completed within the hour.
Payment is taken once a repair is completed.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque, bank transfer and debit/credit card.

Warranty
All completed work is covered by a 30-day labour only warranty, commencing from the date on the original invoice. If the original problem occurs within 30 days, the technician will come back and fix it free of charge. Excludes faults caused by software, virus and end user errors.

All brand new hardware supplied by SMG Computers comes with 1 years manufacturer's warranty. All hardware supplied by SMG Computers is brand new, unless specified or requested by the customer.
