Our qualified technicians will visit your home/office at a convenient time and attempt to repair the problem on the spot.

In some cases, it is necessary to return to our workshop to carry out the work. Once the work is complete, we will return your computer to you. We will provide an estimate before any work is carried out.

SMG Computers operate on a no-fix-no-fee basis, whereby if we can't fix or diagnose the problem then we don't charge. There is no callout fee within 10 miles of our workshop. See our pricing page for our current rates.
